So here goes my New Years' resolutions for the coming 2013:
- Lifestyle change
This year, my goal is to stick to going to the gym regularly and eat at least 3 home-cooked meals per week. I noticed that if I eat out, I tend to eat bigger portions and I usually drink sodas. On the other hand, if I prepare my meals at home, I go for healthier, leaner options.
- One night without technology
- Buying less make-up
After having thought about it for a while, I came to the conclusion that I really need to stop and spend my money on something more useful. Don't get me wrong, I will still buy a new mascara or eyeshadow, if I run out, but I won't buy something just because it's pretty. Wish me luck
Some of you might think, 3 resolutions??? Only???
As I said, I have never done this before, and I'd rather have 3 NY resolutions that I actually stick to than 50 which I'm going to forget on the 3rd of January;) that's my logic as least;)
